The first block of study is the basic block, the same for all students. It contains 5 modules that focus on practical deepening of knowledge in the field of management, strategic management, finance, project management and human resources. Course takes place online only in English under the guidance of a professional team of lecturers, which provides students with valuable advice and experience that can be applied primarily in practice.

Management
This module provides knowledge of specialized management activities in relation to basic management functions (planning, decision-making, organizing, implementation and control) and management style. The student will acquire basic knowledge in the field of strategic management, process management, change management, knowledge management, identity and culture in the organization and international management.
Business Financial Management and Investment Decisions

Project Management and Planning
The module deals with the principles of project management from the point of view of implementing the philosophy of project management into companies on the Czech market and from the point of view of the idea that project management is a very useful method for project management. Project management is suitable for those responsible for implementing project management in a company and for project managers or project supervisors who take care of the project in different areas of the project scope.
Human Resource Management
The aim of the subject is to become familiar with the goals and tasks of human resource management in the organization, with its methods and tools and with the main trends of its development. The main topics of the course include the role and specifics of human resource management in the context of organizational management, managerial competences for human resource management, recruitment and adaptation, assignment and control of work tasks, management and evaluation of work performance, motivation, remuneration and training of employees, personnel strategy, personnel planning, the relationship between line and personnel management and the creation of the personnel organization (systemization) of the company.
