We are delighted to introduce our new DBA Psychology specialization. It offers a unique combination of psychology, strategic management, leadership and effective people management. The program focuses on work and organizational psychology, managerial coaching and strategies for conflict management. Applications are now open.

How can you better manage stress, pressure, and your own reactions? Participants learned practical self-coaching techniques that help them gain greater clarity in challenging situations, strengthen their inner stability, and make more conscious decisions. The workshop was led by Ing. Adéla Karlovská, MBA, a certified coach and lecturer.
