New specialization: DBA Psychology

We are delighted to introduce our new DBA Psychology specialization, now available as part of our DBA program. The specialization combines modern psychological knowledge with the principles of strategic management, leadership, and effective organizational development.

The program is designed for managers, entrepreneurs, and executives who want to gain a deeper understanding of human behaviour in the workplace and apply psychological principles to people management, team development, and the creation of a healthy organizational culture.

Throughout the specialization, students will focus on work and organizational psychology, the psychology of leadership and people management, managerial coaching, and strategies for conflict management. The knowledge and skills acquired will enable them to work more effectively with employee motivation, develop managerial competencies, promote well-being and psychological safety, and successfully manage challenging communication and conflict situations.
