The LLM Corporate Law is a specialized program designed for candidates with a legal background, as well as middle and senior managers who will use legal knowledge in their day-to-day profession.
In order for lawyers, attorneys, managers or executives to successfully work in commercial companies and cooperatives, it is absolutely necessary to be familiar with the legal regulation of these corporations as well as familiar with the law of obligations.
The LLM Corporate Law specialization thus offers a detailed interpretation of corporate law, contract law and a further deepening of knowledge in related legal fields and other disciplines, with an emphasis on their application in practice.
Students will have the opportunity to develop their acquired knowledge beyond the aforementioned in, for example, insolvency proceedings, financial, international or employment law.

Detailed Course of
LLM Corporate Law
- LLM study takes 1 year, is conducted in Czech and combines modern e-learning with interactive seminars, which are grouped into several course days.
- The study is divided into 2 blocks and each block is further divided into individual modules.
- The output for each block are seminar papers or case studies. The student prepares 5 seminar papers for the first block and 1 seminar paper or case study for the second block, or another form defined within the syllabus of the specific module.
- The studies conclude with the preparation of a final thesis and its defense.
- The personal attendance part of the LLM studies takes place every weekend (Saturday) and consists of 4 full-day seminars. Classes are held in groups in modern premises in the center of Prague.
- The course is conducted by professional lecturers, who are selected experts on specific topics. Lecturers are fully available to all students throughout their LLM studies so that students can consult on any issue outside the classroom.
- The e-learning system guides students throughout their studies. Here you will find information about lectures, study materials, lecture schedules and all necessary information, which maximizes convenience and accessibility of information.
- A successful graduate obtains the LL.M. degree, which is written after his/her name. This gives LLM graduates an edge over others.

- Completed university education at least at the bachelor’s degree, or completed professional education in the BBA program.
