TAX benefits
DBA studies can be claimed by a company (employer) as expenses for the professional development of employees or statutory bodies in the income tax base (according to the provisions of §24 of Act No. 586/1992 Coll. on Income Taxes, as amended).
At the same time, it is income for the employee, which is exempt under the Income Tax Act if the studies are related to the employer’s business.
