JUDr. Ing. Jaroslav Hostinský

JUDr. Ing. Jaroslav Hostinský is an attorney specializing in civil law, especially corporate law, property law, real estate law and debt recovery. In addition to law practice, he is also a lecturer. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in industrial economics, and from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, majoring in law, where he also completed his rigorous studies and passed the exam. He is the co-author of the publication Basics of Commercial Law (published by Čeněk Publishing House in 2009) and Commentary to the Insolvency Act (published by C. H. Beck 2010).
