JUDr. Iva Podhorská, LL.M.

JUDr. Iva Podhorská, LL.M. graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at the Technical University of Dresden. In 2008, she defended her rigorous thesis at the Faculty of Law of Charles University on the topic “Recovery of Unlawful State Aid in Terms of Community Law” and obtained the degree of JUDr. During her practice, she worked in leading law firms in the Czech Republic and abroad and is the author of several professional articles, mainly in the field of commercial law. Iva Podhorská is fluent in English and German and has been a court interpreter for the German language since 2009. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial and contract law. She currently works as a senior legal counsel for a major foreign company.
