Online workshop: Self-coaching as a Path to Mental Balance

How can you maintain inner calm in situations where you are under pressure? How can you better understand your own reactions, emotions, and decision-making?

These were the key questions explored during the online workshop Self-coaching as a Path to Mental Balance, which provided participants with practical tools for working with themselves in everyday situations. The workshop was led on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, by Ing. Adéla Karlovská, MBA, a certified coach and leadership lecturer.

The aim was to teach participants practical self-coaching techniques that help them to:
– gain greater clarity in challenging situations,
– strengthen inner stability and mental resilience,
– better manage stress, uncertainty, and internal barriers,
– move from confusion to conscious decision-making and action.

Participants gained practical skills:
The ability to lead an effective inner dialogue
How to ask yourself questions that calm the mind, activate the rational part of the brain, and reduce stress.
Recognizing internal barriers and limiting beliefs
How to identify what drains your energy, what holds you back, and how to work with it.
The 4-step technique from confusion to clarity
Pause – Calm down – Focus – Take action. A practical tool you can use anytime during the day.
A personal mini-action plan
Each participant will create their own step they can take within 48 hours.

Thank you for your participation.
