Ing. Adéla Karlovská, MBA

Ing. Adéla Karlovská, MBA has been working in leadership, employee development and management of change for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience from various mamanagerial positions and projects, where she focused on team leading, business processes, customer experience and strategic management.

To deepen her professional skills, she completed retraining courses at the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports (MŠMT), the Teacher of Further Education and Coach. She is a certified SCRUM Master. She also completed other development training programs focused on management, communication and presentation skills, assertiveness, team leadership and motivation, stress management, time management, project management, agility, wellbeing, etc.

She is currently actively lectures, organizing seminars, workshops and an accreditation course Coach at the MŠMT. At the same time, she works individually with clients in the form of personal consultations. In her practices she also uses NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) methods and therapeutic forms of so-called integration constellations.

She collaborates on mentoring projects in the foundation, non-profit organizations and chambers of commerce, where she also lectures.
