Lenka Wallace and her story as a graduate

An MBA is much more than an academic qualification. For many graduates, it becomes a catalyst for professional growth, greater confidence, and new career opportunities. One of them is Lenka Wallace, a graduate of the MBA in Coaching programme at ESBM.

In her story, she explains why she decided to pursue an MBA, how she successfully balanced her studies with the demanding role of Deputy Head at an international school, and how she immediately applied her newly acquired knowledge to leading her team.

After completing her studies, she also embarked on a new professional path by launching her own transformational coaching practice, where she focuses on leadership development, personal growth, and supporting people through significant career and life transitions.
