Stories of graduates: Lenka Wallace
My name is Lenka Wallace, and I serve as Deputy Head at a private international school in Prague. I chose to pursue an MBA at the European School of Business & Management (ESBM) at a time when I felt the need to strengthen my managerial and strategic competencies while looking for a flexible study format that would fit around both my professional and personal life. ESBM offered exactly what I was looking for. Practice-oriented online study combined with lecturers who bring extensive real-world experience.

I chose the MBA program with a specialisation in Coaching. It provided me not only with new knowledge in management, strategy, and decision-making but also with greater professional confidence and a broader perspective. One of the greatest benefits was the opportunity to immediately apply what I had learned in my work with my team.
To my surprise, earning an MBA also opened entirely new opportunities. It strengthened my professional credibility and created new career prospects. Immediately after completing my studies, I launched my own business in transformational coaching. I now focus on leadership development, personal growth, and supporting people through important career and life transitions. My mission is to help individuals grow professionally and personally so they can create a life aligned with their own vision and aspirations.
To future ESBM students, I would recommend approaching the MBA as an investment in yourself. An MBA is not only an academic achievement but, above all, an investment in your professional and personal transformation. I also encourage you to make full use of everything ESBM has to offer from lecturers with extensive practical experience to access to professional learning resources and its alumni community. You never know what new doors these opportunities may open for you.
