Online Workshop: How to Truly Improve an Organization Today

How can we truly improve the functioning of an organization today? It is not enough to simply increase the performance of individual departments or introduce new technologies. It is important to be able to look at the organization as a whole, set the right priorities and seek solutions that bring real value.

This is exactly what the workshop How to Truly Improve an Organization Today: From Strategy to Innovation, People, Data and AI will focus on. It will take place on September 30, 2026, led by Tomáš Průžek, an ESBM lecturer and expert in Lean management and process optimization.

The workshop will offer a practical perspective on connecting strategy, processes, people, innovation, data and artificial intelligence. It will show how to identify unnecessary waste, find opportunities for both small and larger improvements, involve people in change and use data and AI where they can bring real value.

Participants will take away a practical framework for thinking about organizational improvement, from identifying a problem and finding solutions to verifying them and ensuring their long-term sustainability.

The workshop is intended not only for production workers and Lean specialists, but also for managers and professionals in administration, services, logistics, quality, project management and other support processes.
