Tomáš Průžek has been working in the field of process improvement since 1998. His professional expertise includes the implementation of lean enterprise principles, visual management, process optimization across both manufacturing and non-manufacturing sectors, suggestion systems, lean logistics, and lean administration. He gained valuable experience at companies such as SHOWA Aluminium Czech Republic (automotive), AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE (aerospace industry), Czech Airlines Technics, and ALS Czech Republic, where he held positions ranging from Quality Manager to Lean Manager. His work included the development of strategic suppliers for Boeing and Airbus, cost reduction in aircraft component maintenance, and improving the quality and efficiency of laboratory services. At Zentiva, he focused on increasing productivity in the pharmaceutical sector and optimizing the production of solid dosage forms.

He is currently active in public administration, where he applies more than 25 years of industrial experience to process streamlining, digitalization, and the management of urban infrastructure. He emphasizes an end-to-end approach, connecting people, processes, and technologies, and developing solutions that bring measurable value to both citizens and institutions. He collaborates with universities and professional organizations in the field of Lean management, where he inspires the cultivation of work environments and the development of innovative thinking. He believes that real improvement begins with the ability to change oneself.

In his free time, he enjoys landscape photography and loves to wander through nature with a camera in hand. He also occasionally captures weddings and family celebrations, combining technical precision with a sensitivity to the moment.
