ESBM graduates successfully defended their final theses

The past days at ESBM were dedicated to one of the most important milestones of the study journey, final thesis defenses. Graduates of MBA, BBA, DBA and MSc programs presented the results of their work, experience, and newly acquired knowledge before an academic committee.

The academic committee appreciated not only the quality of the individual theses but also the graduates’ ability to defend their conclusions, respond to questions, and connect theory with practice. These skills are essential for further professional growth and success in today’s dynamic work environment.

However, the defense is not the end of the journey, quite the opposite. For our graduates, it represents an important step that opens new opportunities, strengthens their competencies, and confirms their determination to continue developing themselves.
