Kristýna Mertlová, founder of the matchmaking agency Date2k and the Mingly community platform, has been working in a fast-evolving industry for more than 12 years. That is why she decided to complement her experience with managerial education and enrolled in the MBA program at ESBM, specializing in Risk Management and Crisis Management.

The program helped her gain a more systematic perspective on managing projects and people, better set up processes, and handle challenging situations in a dynamic business environment.
