doc. JUDr. Ing. Milan Hrdý, Ph.D. et Ph.D.

Doc. JUDr. Ing. Milan Hrdý, Ph.D. et Ph.D. is a university teacher and economist with more than thirty years of teaching and non-teaching experience, who deals with the field of financial management of a company, investment decision-making of a company and valuation of financial institutions. In addition to these economic disciplines, as a trained lawyer, he also deals with the fields of labour law and social security law. He is the author of several monographs and university textbooks, published dozens of articles in peer-reviewed domestic and foreign scientific journals, including journals with a non-zero impact factor. He was a long-time member of the dissolution commission of the Czech National Bank. He works at the Department of Finance and Business Valuation of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting of the Prague University of Economics and Business and at the Department of Financial and Economic Studies at the University College Prague. In the years 2006 – 2010, he was the dean of the Faculty of Economics of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.
