Ing. Bc. Andrea Mašínová, Ph.D., DBA, LL.M.



Ing. Bc. Andrea Mašínová, LL.M., MBA is a graduate of III. of the Faculty of Medicine of Charles University in Prague, the Health Sciences study program and the Human Resource Management field of the MBA study program at the University of Economics and Management. She received her economic education by completing the engineering study program Business Management and Business Economics at the University of Finance and Administration. Postgraduate studies in the LL.M. she graduated from the European School of Business & Management SE in May 2018, and in 2019 she defended her dissertation on the topic of the structure of financing in the health care sector (comparison of productivity and efficiency of state and non-state hospitals). He has been working in managerial positions in the healthcare sector his entire professional life, and for the last 15 years in the position of deputy director of the Pilsen University Hospital. He has been involved in the specialized and qualification training of healthcare workers and workers in the social sphere for a long time, he has extensive experience in the preparation of e-learning courses, the preparation and implementation of educational and subsidy programs in the field of healthcare economy, healthcare and social care.
