For more than 25 years, he has been dedicated to education, personal and career development. Her favorite topics include the challenges and opportunities of the labor market of the future; well-being, prevention of stress and burnout; self-awareness and critical thinking. She originally studied social management and marketing; she is also interested in spillovers into other fields and likes to take advantage of other educational opportunities. He considers the two-year career counseling course at Stockholm University, the Youth, Workforce Development, and Closing the Skills Gap summer school at the University of Montana USA, Art Therapy and Artephyletics training, Eco-Art Therapy training, study of improvisational theater and assessment center evaluator training to be the most essential. She holds a license to teach the Swiss CH-Q level 2 competency mapping method. She also draws from study visits to Great Britain and Scandinavia. In teaching, he promotes respect, personal approach, experience and creativity. For her work, she was awarded the National Career Counseling Award 8 times.
