Ing. Kristina Kopecká

Ing. Kristina Kopecká is an experienced IT manager with more than thirty years of expertise in information technology, project management, and team leadership. She graduated in Automated Control Systems from the Technical University of Ostrava and began her career in technical support and network administration. Over time, she expanded her focus to include project management, marketing, and strategic company leadership. For more than 17 years, she managed a company in the illuminated advertising industry, where she was responsible for financial planning, technology development, and overall operations management. Between 2022 and 2024, she served as CEO and CTO of the startup VivaTeam s.r.o., where she built and launched a B2B marketplace for the dental sector.

She has extensive experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, process optimization, and integrating new technologies. Guided by the principles of continuous learning and maintaining high security standards, she is currently focusing on the field of cybersecurity, including the requirements of ISO 27001 and the NIS2 Directive. At present, she works as Head of IT Support in a company providing comprehensive IT services, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure specialists for external clients.
