Ing. Štěpán Onder, Ph.D.

Ing. Štěpán Onder, Ph.D. graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, where he obtained a doctoral degree in Finance. Externally, he works as a lecturer in risk management, specializing in the risk management of insurance companies. Štěpán has many years of practical experience in risk management from banks, insurance companies, repayment companies in various risk management roles (corporate credit risk, operational risk, ALM and market risk, Basel II, Solvency II, Basel III, liquidity risk, retail credit risk) both from analytical, senior management and strategic positions. The lecturer also has experience in management consulting (Big 4) and has worked as a consultant subcontractor in risk management projects of financial institutions. He is also a speaker on the topic of risk management at various conferences and forums and has extensive publishing activity.
