JUDr. Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová Ph.D.



Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová, who is mentioned among the leading competition law experts by prestigious independent publications Chambers Global and Legal 500, is a partner at Bányaiová Vožheová s.r.o. She is registered on the list of arbitrators of the Arbitration Court at the Czech Chamber of Commerce and Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic and mainly focuses her private practice on representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings, competition law, private international law, intellectual property law and European law. Before starting her private practice, she worked as a legal advisor at the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic and as a trainee at the Court of Justice of the European Communities. She has also gained experience through years of practice at the prestigious international law firms Altheimer & Gray and then Salans. In addition to her private practice, she currently works as an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where she teaches seminars on private international law and international trade law. At the same faculty, she also lectures competition law to foreign students under the LLM and Socrates/Erasmus programs. In 2023, she was appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court.
