Marianna Kubušová is an expert in management and strategic human resources management with over eight years of experience in senior executive roles. Her professional career is closely linked to addressing complex legal and administrative challenges, ranging from the implementation of internal processes and policies to crisis management of teams during periods of structural change.

In her professional practice, she has successfully led major institutional merger processes, including comprehensive legal oversight of the transfer of rights and obligations arising from employment relationships, harmonisation of remuneration systems, and unification of corporate culture. This experience enables her to provide students with unique know-how in resolving critical HR situations that go beyond standard administrative procedures.

She is currently further developing her expertise through a postgraduate LL.M. programme in Data Protection and Information Security Management. As a result, she brings highly актуální topics into the module “Legal Aspects of Human Resources Management”, including employee privacy protection in the digital age (GDPR), legal limits of workplace monitoring, and the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in HR processes in compliance with European legislation.
