Mgr. Dana Bártová



Mgr. Dana Bártová focuses on the training and development of employees in the field of HR. She currently works at MONETA Money Bank, where she focuses on talent management as well as setting up and optimizing training processes with the aim of return on investment and maximum efficiency in relation to business plans and KPIs. She teaches a comprehensive range of soft skills, including the training of internal trainers. Other activities include the diagnosis of recruitment and development needs, in particular Assessment and Development Centers, employee performance improvement, as well as the facilitation of strategic meetings and management workshops. She participates in a number of HR projects with IBM, Apple, CEZ and other companies. In her practice, she draws on her knowledge of HR issues in the corporate environment and her expertise in psychotherapy studies at the Prague School of Psychosocial Studies. She graduated from the University of South Bohemia in Czech language, literature and social sciences.
