Mgr. Denisa Ondrášková

Mgr. Denisa Ondrášková is an expert in sports law, with a strong focus on its teaching and practical application. In her teaching and professional activities, she focuses on liability in sport, the legal aspects of coaching practice, and issues related to prevention and the protection of rights in the sporting environment. She currently works as a lecturer at Vyšší odborná škola ČUS, serves as a Safeguarding Officer and Referee Coordinator at the Czech Triathlon Association, and also works at the Ministry of the Interior. She obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law at Charles University. She is currently working on a rigorous thesis at the same faculty, focusing on the legal protection of intersex and transgender athletes in the context of fair competition under Czech law.
