Mgr. Jiří Kocich, MBA

Mgr. Jiří Kocich, MBA works as a consultant and lecturer in the field of strategic marketing, management and human capital management. He is the Managing Director of ABATON consulting s.r.o., a consulting center focused on improving the performance of client’s business and marketing structures. Currently, he specializes mainly in improving the performance of sales and marketing departments, creating strategic solutions and marketing tactical applications, parameterization of sales structures and CRM – CVM (Customer Value Management)-based supervision. For more than fifteen years, Jiří Kocich has been working in private and multinational companies, where he mainly focuses on leading sales teams, creating and implementing marketing strategies and PMS (Performance Management Systems). He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University in Prague and Nottingham Trent University UK.
