Dr. Mgr. et Mgr. Karel Rajchl, MBA, MBE



Dr. Mgr. et Mgr. Karel Rajchl, MBA, MBE, originally trained as a mathematician, currently serves among others as a lecturer at ESBM, focusing on communication, managerial competencies, leadership, motivation, and psychology for managers. He has over twenty years of experience in leading schools and companies and has long been engaged in adult education, psychological counseling, development of practical skills, mentoring, and personal growth of his students. He draws on professional experience as a school director, HR manager, and psychologist to provide students with up-to-date knowledge and proven practices in human resources management, strategic management, psychology, and etiquette. He emphasizes linking theory with practice and enthusiastically inspires further development and professional success.

He has been interested in soft skills throughout his life, which he ultimately studied at the European School of Business & Management. Driven by a continuous desire for self-development, he also completed studies in etiquette and social behavior with Dr. Ladislav Špaček and, lastly, rhetoric with Assoc. Prof. Jan Přeučil.

His motto is: “I enjoy leading people, working with them, and helping others to continuously improve in this field.” In his free time, as part of his personal well-being, he actively engages in music, painting, sports, building a cottage, and also gives lectures on the Holocaust and the fortification system of Czechoslovakia.
