Mgr. Ondřej Jindra

Mgr. Ondřej Jindra holds a Master’s degree in Law and Legal Science from the Faculty of Law of Charles University. He began gaining experience across various areas of law during his studies, with a particular focus on insolvency law, commercial and civil law, and employment law. In the field of commercial law, he has primarily worked on the incorporation, administration and management of business corporations, the organization and management of general meetings, changes within companies, their corporate bodies and founding documents, changes to registered capital, corporate transformations and liquidations, as well as dealings with registration courts and state authorities. He has also gained experience in providing legal advice related to the resolution of contractual disputes and disputes arising from breaches of legal regulations, negotiations aimed at amicable dispute resolution, and the preparation of documents for court proceedings and arbitration proceedings. His areas of specialization include personal data protection and issues relating to insurance companies, compliance, corporate protection, and monitoring compliance with internal and external regulations. He also focuses on healthcare law, which in its scope overlaps with various other areas of law.
In the past, he worked as a lawyer for an insurance company, where he provided comprehensive legal advice to the company and its clients and customers, including cooperation with a foreign owner. He also gained experience at leading law firms, where he worked across various areas of law, with a particular focus on personal data protection, civil and commercial law, employment law, and healthcare law. He currently works as a Legal, Compliance and Data Protection Specialist at Unilabs Diagnostics, k.s. He also provides external legal advice in the areas of personal data protection, compliance and cybersecurity, and lectures at AMBIS and VŠEM.
