Mgr. Patricie Chvojková

Mgr. Patricie Chvojková graduated in psychology from the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. She is a certified trainer, coach, diagnostician, facilitator, therapist and consultant. She specializes in projects focused on personality development, communication and diagnostics. As a lecturer, she conceptually prepared and implemented corporate courses focusing on personality typology, communication, sales, presentation and management skills, negotiation and conflict resolution, time management and team roles. As a coach, she has experience in coaching and mentoring various management and other professional topics. She has many years of experience in the preparation and implementation of development centers, individual diagnostics and career counselling. She also uses her expertise in facilitated workshops and focus groups, focusing mainly on identifying attitudes and key issues and influencing them.
