Mgr. Petr Kaňka

Mgr. Petr Kaňka studied environmental geology and geochemistry at the Faculty of Science of the Charles University in Prague. He gained his first professional experience in the electrical engineering industry in the position of CSR and environmental manager for the EMEA region in the Foxconn group. He then worked for more than eight years in the RWE group as a corporate manager for health and safety and the environment. In 2015, he founded his own consulting company. It focuses on the development of OSH culture, occupational safety psychology, effective management methods and behavioral changes, motivation and involvement of employees. He actively mentors and supports university students and is involved in a program for health promotion, prevention, crisis management and counseling in the non-profit sector. He conducts his courses in Czech and English.
