Mgr. Valery Seničev, Ph.D.

Mgr. Valery Seničev, Ph.D. is a psychologist, career counselor, and MBA lecturer. He has long been dedicated to people development in corporate environments, with a focus on talent and key competencies.

He has gained experience through a range of inspiring organizations and projects, such as Ateliér talentů CIC (supporting the launch of entrepreneurial projects in creative industries), Jobs 2030 (development of talents and competencies in companies using virtual reality), and the Future of You section within the futuristic and visionary festival Future Port Prague 2018.

Valery is also a co-founder of the educational platform Educamp.cz, which focuses on providing consultations and training in professional development, talent management, career management, and self-motivation. In 2019, he was selected for the Aspen Young Leaders Program, and he currently also works as an innovation consultant for the Forbes Ideal Place project.
