Mgr. Vladimír Syruček

My dominant area is real estate and everything related to it, i.e. commercially, legally, but also tax-wise. I have been practicing for 30 years, so my teaching is also practically oriented, i.e. it is not academic teaching, but lectures on practical examples from practice, ranging from the common to the atypical, so my teaching is especially appreciated by practitioners or students who are practicing. I prefer face-to-face meetings with the audience, where I choose an interactive way of lecturing – to involve them “in the action” as much as possible, which is better done in smaller numbers, but I can (hopefully engagingly) lecture to a full auditorium, where these opportunities for engagement are limited. Although I prefer face-to-face contact, I also manage lectures via web platforms and I know their specifics and pitfalls. In the field of real estate I add (“to the holy trinity”) JUDr. Barešová (who lectures on this issue from the point of view of the cadastral authorities) and Mgr. Králik (who lectures on this issue again from the perspective of court practice). In fact, I chose them both as co-authors of “my” publications and “test persons” of my proposals (interactive contract proposals).
