Petr Vávra



Petr Vávra has been working in Czech gastronomy for almost 30 years, during which he had the opportunity to get to know all types and levels of gastro operations. During his internship, in which he gradually gained valuable experience, from service, through assistant and restaurant manager in renowned restaurants to F&B manager (e.g. in the Mělník Castle complex). Through long-term practice in this field, he has gained an abundance of practical experience. He is now passing on his experience as a consultant, either when building new or already established operations. His natural creativity, abundant energy and patience always helped him in the complicated and varied work in the F&B area.
