PhDr. Lenka Kolajová

PhDr. Lenka Kolajová graduated in Psychology from the Faculty of Arts at Charles University, specializing in social psychology. She completed a five-year psychoanalytic training program at the Institute of Applied Psychoanalysis and further postgraduate studies focused on applied social psychology. She gained clinical experience as a therapist and diagnostician at the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital, working in the field of addiction treatment. She also worked as a Human Resources Manager, consultant, and advisor for recruitment and HR consulting companies.
Since 1996, she has been working as a psychologist for individuals and couples, an independent consultant for corporate clients, an executive coach, and a soft skills trainer. She is the owner of Akmé Consulting, where she specializes in developing managerial and interpersonal competencies.
As a lecturer, she focuses on communication, leadership and employee motivation, teamwork, conflict resolution, negotiation, presentation skills, assertiveness, stress management, and work-life balance. She also leads Assessment and Development Centres and provides personality assessment services.
She is the author of the book Teamwork (Grada Publishing, 2006), three e-learning courses on communication, leadership and people management, and teamwork, and regularly contributes to professional publications.
