PhDr. Veronika Gigalová, Ph.D.

PhDr. Veronika Gigalová, Ph.D. has been an assistant professor at the Department of Sociology, Andragogy and Cultural Anthropology, Faculty of Arts, Palacký University in Olomouc since 1998. Currently she is also publishing in the field of andragogy and human resources management. She focuses on teaching the management of human potential in the organization, the specifics of the organizational environment, organizational theory and the position of the organization in the contemporary social context.
