PhDr. Vladimír Janák, CSc.

PhDr. Vladimír Janák, CSc. teaches human resources management, management psychology, communication and business psychology at the Department of Sport Management, Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University in Prague. He graduated in psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague. He worked for many years in elite sport as a counselling psychologist. He has participated in several projects and internships in the USA (West Virginia State University), Mexico (Universidad Del Valle De México) and taught at various universities in Europe. He is currently involved in the practical application of HR activities in companies, introducing methods of employee assessment, testing and recruiting candidates and determining competencies for various professions. He is the author of more than 30 articles and has carried out many educational projects for companies in the engineering, automotive and agricultural industries.
