Online workshop: Culture that Inspires

On Tuesday, 3 February 2026, an online workshop entitled Culture that Inspires – the Path to Engagement and Success was held, led by Mgr. Bc. Lucia Kandráčová, MBA, HR expert and ESBM graduate.

The workshop offered participants practical and inspiring approaches to shaping organizational culture. Participants learned how to consciously create an environment that supports engagement and performance, how leadership affects team values and atmosphere, and why culture is key to long-term organizational success.

Together, we focused on concrete steps that can be immediately applied in practice. The workshop was designed for anyone who wants to create an environment where individuals and teams can grow sustainably and collaborate effectively.
