Online workshop Delegation Mastery

On Tuesday, January 9, 2024, an online workshop on the topic of Delegation Mastery took place, which was conducted by two lecturers: Pavel Rabenseifner, ACC and Mgr. Blanka Hudecová, PCC.

During the two-hour session, you got a glimpse into invaluable skills that help you better manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and achieve superior results. We showed you how to use the interactive Mural platform to formulate your ideas and work with your team. Through group coaching, you mastered your way in the art of effective delegation. There was inspiring discussions, practical exercises and sharing experiences with other students.
