Online Workshop: Digitalization, Robotics, Automation

On Tuesday, May 20, 2025, ESBM hosted an online workshop on the topic of Digitalization, Robotics, Automation. The session was led by Ondřej Měska, an expert in IT and project management, and a lecturer at ESBM.

The workshop focused on the practical aspects of digitalization, robotics, and automation across various industries and their impact on business transformation. Participants gained insight into the latest technologies and how they can be leveraged to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and scalability of business processes.

It included real-world case studies showcasing both successful and challenging approaches to process automation, AI integration, and robotics in different sectors. We discussed not only how automation affects workflows and employees, but also the return on investment.

The workshop offered practical tips for successful implementation of new technologies and highlight common pitfalls to avoid. There was also time for discussion on key challenges and proven implementation strategies.
