Online workshop Generational differences

We cordially invite you to a workshop on the topic of Generational differences and their impact on leadership, motivation and education. You will be guided through the workshop by Mgr. Patricie Chvojková, certified lecturer, coach, diagnostician, facilitator, therapist and consultant.

Each generation has its own specifics and sometimes mutual agreement and cooperation between them is difficult. However, let’s take their differences as inspiration for what we could learn from each other. To look at what is typical for which generation, how values, motivators, management styles, perception of authority, etc. change. What to count on and what you’d rather not count on, or be pleasantly surprised. All this without boxes and prejudices.
