Online Workshop: Sustainability in Practice
Sustainability is not just a matter of reputation. It is a matter of efficiency, costs, and long-term competitiveness. The workshop Sustainability in Practice was led by Ing. Jakub Antoň, MBA, ESBM lecturer and an experienced manager in industrial technologies with a strong focus on strategic optimization, energy efficiency, and sustainability in corporate practice.
The workshop provided a practical perspective on how to integrate sustainability principles and ESG into the daily operations of a company in a way that delivers measurable economic and environmental impact. The program was based on case studies and real-life model situations. Participants explored solutions that connected responsible organizational management with performance and strategic development.
Strong emphasis was placed on the principles of Industry 4.0, particularly digital monitoring, IoT, data analytics, and process optimization. These tools represent key instruments for reducing energy consumption, emissions, and operating costs. The workshop also included the design of specific and measurable KPIs to enable a systematic approach to managing sustainability.
Thank you for your participation.
