Deciding to pursue an MBA in Project Management was one of the best steps I have taken in my professional development. I was looking for a program that would allow me to expand my knowledge of project management while also making it possible to study alongside my job. ESBM met my expectations in every respect.

The greatest advantage for me was the flexibility of the studies. Being able to learn at my own time and pace, according to my work and personal commitments, was essential. This allowed me to continuously apply what I had learned in practice and use my new knowledge in my day-to-day work as a project coordinator.

I also greatly appreciated the approach of the study department. The staff were always helpful and professional, responding to my questions promptly and with a genuine willingness to assist. During my studies, I was also regularly offered professional seminars and additional educational activities, which I consider a valuable added benefit of the program.

Special thanks go to my thesis supervisor, Ing. Petr Fanta, Ph.D., for his expert guidance, valuable advice and constructive feedback. His professional yet personal approach was a great help to me when working on my thesis, and thanks to him, the entire process went very smoothly.

Studying for an MBA at ESBM has given me not only new knowledge and practical tools that I can use in project management, but also greater confidence when dealing with complex challenges at work. I would wholeheartedly recommend ESBM to anyone looking for high-quality, flexible and professional education alongside their career.
