Completing the MBA specialization at ESBM was an important part of my long-term personal development journey and professional growth. I began my studies with the goal of expanding my managerial and strategic competencies while also systematising the experience I had gained throughout my career in strategic procurement, CAPEX projects, and supplier relationship management.

What I appreciated most was the practical focus of the specialization and the opportunity to connect the knowledge gained with real business situations. This approach allowed me to view each topic not only from an academic perspective but, more importantly, in terms of its practical application in everyday managerial decision-making.

Another important aspect for me was the support of my employer, who encouraged my further education and provided me with the opportunity to complete the MBA successfully. I firmly believe that investing in people delivers the greatest value when newly acquired knowledge is transformed into tangible benefits for the organisation.

I therefore did not see the MBA at ESBM as an end in itself, but rather as one of the key steps in my ongoing professional development. I am pleased that completing the programme became a natural part of my career journey and contributed to my continued professional growth and career advancement within my company.
