In 2021, I enrolled in an MBA program with a specialization in Project Management, full of expectations for what this study could bring me and how it could help expand my capabilities. After a short time, I was pleasantly surprised by how effectively I learned modern project management techniques, improved my communication skills, and gained a wealth of valuable contacts and inspirations in the field of management. This success motivated me to continue further. In 2023, I decided on the next step and enrolled in ESBM to complete a DBA study program specializing in Executive Management. Again, I was excited by the wealth of new knowledge and practical experience imparted by experienced and renowned lecturers. I gained valuable know-how that I could immediately apply in my practice. These studies allowed me to transition from a position without deeper experience in management and human resource management to a leader who now manages large-scale projects with international teams in Germany and Hungary.
