Since I originally come from the social and therapeutic field and at the same time manage an organization with 75 employees, I wanted to get a management background. That’s why I signed up to study ESBM. I immediately began to apply the knowledge gained during my studies in practice. My strategy was to study those specializations that relate directly to the areas I work with. That is why I prepared seminar papers for them, which at the same time served as a plan for changes that I implemented in the organization in parallel. For example, when we changed the organizational structure, I worked on a seminar paper on changes in the organizational structure. After I received feedback from the lecturers, I was able to implement the changes in our organization.
