During my studies, I had the opportunity to focus on the area of performance management and evaluation, which I subsequently applied directly within the SSČ project. Thanks to the knowledge gained and, above all, the practical approach to learning, it was possible to establish more systematic and transparent evaluation processes that better reflect the actual performance of individual activities.

A particular benefit for me was the integration of theoretical principles with real-world situations from practice. The program MBA led me to a broader perspective on process management, more effective work with data, and the identification of optimisation measures with a direct impact on the functioning of the organisation. Within the SSČ project, these approaches translated into concrete proposals for changes that contributed to improved performance management and overall efficiency.

I also consider the development of analytical and strategic thinking to be highly valuable, as it enabled me to better identify weaknesses in processes and propose solutions with long-term benefit. The program thus delivered not only theoretical knowledge, but above all real added value applicable in everyday practice.

Based on this experience, I regard this type of education as a meaningful investment in employee development, one that can have a positive impact not only on personal growth, but also on the results of the organisation as a whole.
