I was motivated to pursue an MBA by the need to further develop in an area that I am passionate about not only professionally but also in my free time. In the field of innovation, ideas meet the real need for change in established processes. Thanks to often unexpected synergies, new solutions to old problems frequently emerge as a by-product. Every innovator must face the challenges of implementing innovation within internal company processes, especially when dealing with top management. However, ESBM provides students with the opportunity to prepare for such situations. The wide range of tools I became familiar with during my studies, I was able to immediately test in practice. Along with the high quality of lecturers, I also gained access to a vast amount of excellent literature available to students.
