Syllabus

The module introduces students to the psychological principles that influence the functioning of individuals, work teams, and organizations as a whole. It focuses on understanding human behaviour, motivation, personality types, teamwork, and organizational culture. Emphasis is also placed on the development of self-management and the effective use of human potential. Students will apply the knowledge gained to leading people, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the long-term development of organizations.

Psychology of Leadership and People Management, Managerial Coaching

Syllabus

The module combines psychological knowledge with modern principles of leadership, people management, and managerial coaching. Students will focus on self-awareness, the development of their own managerial style, and understanding the diverse personality characteristics of employees. The module also covers motivation, communication, talent development, and the coaching approach to leading people. Graduates will acquire practical skills that can be applied to building high-performing teams and further developing managerial competencies.

Conflict Management Strategies

Syllabus

The module focuses on the strategic management of conflict situations in organizations and their impact on relationships, performance, and organizational culture. Students will become familiar with the psychological aspects of conflict, as well as the principles of effective negotiation, mediation, and crisis communication. They will learn to identify the causes of conflict, prevent its escalation, and choose appropriate approaches to resolving challenging situations. The module also emphasizes the importance of building psychological safety, trust, and constructive communication within work teams.
