Process Management
The module is intended for obtaining basic information about the principle of the management process, its advantages and disadvantages. It describes the reasons for the transition from a functional management system to a process system and the procedures for its design, implementation and permanent use. A graduate of the module should be able to analyze, design and manage business processes so that they achieve high efficiency and meet the requirements for ensuring high quality.
Innovation Management
The Innovation Management module introduces the guidelines, processes and methods of innovation management in business units. It deals with the basic platform for the preparation and management of innovation projects, uses basic concepts and knowledge of creating a development strategy and evaluation methods. Together, we will explain the importance and role of innovation policy for the competitiveness of business units, and I will approach the overall and necessary orientation in the presented discipline.
Strategic Sourcing
The objective of this module is to provide students with knowledge in the field of strategic purchasing, which is very important for a good business. Strategic sourcing helps an organization build long-term relationships with its suppliers, so a good manager must be able to choose the right suppliers and strengthen the relationship between him and the company.
