The objective of this module is to describe and demonstrate the importance of personnel policies within an organization. Within each sub-topic, interrelationships between HR policies are presented and the mission, vision, values ​​and organizational culture will be presented. The module contains best practices for creating personnel policies from the ground up.

Strategic Human Resource Management

Syllabus

The module covers the area of ​​personnel management in the organization. The aim of the module is to become familiar with the external and internal conditions of personnel management in the organization, its culture, climate and identification of employees with the organization and work in relation to personnel management, the specifics of international personnel management, personnel strategy, policy, personnel planning, employee motivation, job satisfaction, employee stimulation and trends in people management. The core of the module is a system of integrated personnel activities.

Motivation and Evaluation of Employees

Syllabus

After successful completion, students will be able to relate the issue of employee motivation and their evaluation, explain and take an opinion on management issues in the context of employee motivation and evaluation. Students will learn how to interpret concepts and graphical representations from the field of motivation theory and employee evaluation.
