The aim of this module is to teach students proper managerial communication, which is an important point in every job position. A manager must be an effective communicator because no organization can succeed, progress, or build a reputation without effective communication skills.
Leadership
The objective of the module is to recognize the principles of leadership that are needed for a good understanding of this topic.
Myself Management
Before becoming a good leader, it is important to understand and know yourself and your purpose. Life is too short to waste our precious time on activities that are not aligned with our purpose. Therefore, this module focuses on our inner leadership, stress management and time management.
